Is it possible to form Etelcalcetide Nitroamide (i.e. N-nitrosoguanidine) with structure as follows? As N-nitroso-cimetidine and N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine containing N-nitrosoguanidine is listed in EMA Q7A Appendix 1, other N-nitroso-structure sheet. I wonder if below impurity should be considered? Any insight would be appreciated!
