  1. If there is a matrix effect, an internal standard containing deuterium should be used. (Recommended)
    An internal standard with similar properties to the analyte will exhibit the same matrix effect as the analyte, so accurate recovery can be obtained.

  2. If it is difficult to use an internal standard, try adding a placebo identical to the test solution to the standard solution.
    The standard solution also exhibits the same matrix effect.
