I am Dr. Yağmur Akyüz, and I completed my Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Toxicology at Gazi University. My research focuses on the determination of nitrosamine impurities and the evaluation of their mutagenic potential in metformin-containing drug products available in the Turkish market. The title of my dissertation is “Determination of Nitrosamine Impurities and Evaluation of Mutagenicity Potential in Metformin-Containing Drug Products in the Turkish Market.”
