Dear all,
starting from an API structure, how I can answer to this question included in the CMDh Template_for_nitrosamine_risk_evaluation:
“Does the API, or one of its known impurities, have a nitrosatable nitrogen functionality?”
Are there free publications, tools which can facilitate the assessment of reactivity of nitrogen groups present in the API’s structure?
