Ames mutagenicity of 15 aryl, benzyl, and aliphatic ring N-nitrosamines-Pub

Dr. Furuhama from NIHS published a new article about the Ames results of 15 nitrosamines with aryl, benzyl, and aliphatic rings. The structure of 15 nitrosamines is not complex and the Ames tests are not EAT. It is interesting to use maximum specific activity(MSA; number of revertant colonies) and MFI(maximum fold increase) to compare the strength of Ames mutagenicity.

I think N-Nitrosopipecolinic acid should be distinguished from the other positive nitrosamines because it was positive without S9.
