The new paper on the derivation of CPCA AIs for Nitrosamines is now available.
Now for my general review, and also curious to see what you all think. The CPCA has been an important milestones in the development of AIs for NDSRIs. It is a conservative way to “triage” NDSRIs and set AIs based on their structure.
I think the paper is well researched, and has a significant impact. I don’t think we are done, as I would like to see the advancement of AIs beyond CPCA using biological data. Bur I appreciate the major advancement from the regulatory scientists in this topic.
