Is pyrrole nitrogen in pyrrolopyrimidine (and its derivatives) moiety is nucleophilic enough to form N-nitrosamine derivative? My practical experience suggests that it is not, and the pyrrole nitrogen very resistive to form N-nitroso derivative.
