How to calculate Standard Concentration by using the below points
1.Specification Limit:0.100 ppm
2.Sample: Spinosad 0.9% Topical solution

Please suggest

Thank you for the response
We are using the below mentioned mobile phases and diluent
Mobile phase-A:10mM Ammonium format in 0.1% FA
Mobile Phase-B:100% Methanol.
Diluent:0.1%FA in Methanol, Methanol,0.1%TFA in Methanol,0.1%Ammonia in Methanol is used.
But The response of both impurities not achieved.
Ion source:ESI & APCI both are tried
