N-nitroso Tamsulosin identification in Tamsulosin Products by LC-MS/MS

Hi!
I am a new member of this community, trying to find some literature that could help in the development of a method for identification and quantification of N-nitroso Tamsulosin in Tamsulosin Products by LC-MS/MS!

Thank you!

Combined intake of tamsulisin with other potentially nitrosamine contaminated antihypertensives could be seen as possible skin cancer triggering factor ! We have published our first report in the world literature about that:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/378567085_Basal_cell_carcinoma_development_after_combined_administration_of_Lisinopril_and_Tamsulosin_links_to_Photocarcinogenesis_and_Nitrosogenesis_in_the_context_of_Pharmaco-Oncogenesis

Meanwhile we have several new patients taking Tamsulosin together with other NA contaminated drugs, not officialised as publications till now !
Please , have in mind that even in acceptable concentrations, (when we here could speak about carcinogens and acceptable concentrations), could trigger the so called metabolic reprogramming of the future cancer cell!
From that point of view - there could be no daily acceptable limits for carcinogens!
Ames test and CPCA could not determine in the simultaneously action of … for example in 2-4 carcinogens in humans! Tests are in bacteria in rodents and under static conditions ! We can not compare this conditions with the dynamic proceses of the skin carcinogenesis for example, but in humans! This could be seen as the biggest mistake of the regulators worldwide !
I really hope that the regulators will consider and analyse even this statements in order to think in a completely other directions : completely eliminations of NA in drugs!
Slowly but more than surely the scientific community will understand that from the many epidemiological studies and different results that that will show in the near future !
