Hi!
Is the safety limit for N-nitroso Tulathromycin based on CPCA 0,67 ppm (100 ng/day) or 0,12 ppm (18ng/day)?
Hi!
Is the safety limit for N-nitroso Tulathromycin based on CPCA 0,67 ppm (100 ng/day) or 0,12 ppm (18ng/day)?
Do you mean nitrosation of the secondary amine in the macrocycle or in the side chain?
The safety limit should not per se be CPCA based, especially as I assume tulathromycin is for veterinary use, not human use?
Combinations of matrix effects and in situ nitrosation are sometimes visualized in high RSD on sample.
