As there is no presence of alfa hydrogen hence no possibility of alfa hydroxylation, as per CAPA potency category applicable 5 there by AI to be 1500 ng/day, but as per the current literature PC is 4 though AI to be 1500 ng/day.

the structure you have shared refers to an amide, instead of secondary amine. Please check the ketone moiety.
so yes, cpca is not applicable, and the said structure doesnt fall under the nitrosamines category.
