Just though to share wonderful work done by team from GSK. NDMA mutagenicity in TGR assay clearly indicated that current AI of 96 ng/day may need must revision!
I know this is not going to change regulatory published AI but i am optimistic soon most of nitrosamines AIs (might not be all_ shall move to microgram level rather than nanogram level!)
