Nitrosamine in Rizatriptan Benzoate

Has anyone worked on following nitrosamines in Rizatriptan Benzoate? We are getting very less response on HRMS and GCMS.

N-(4,4-diethoxybutyl)-N-methylnitrous amide
N-Methyl-N-(4-oxobutyl)nitrous amide
N-(4-chlorobutyl)-N-methylnitrous amide
N-[6-(dimethylamino)hexyl]-N-methylnitrous amide

Is the instrument performing great for other compounds ?
What ionsource do you use ?
What adducts (if any) are you trying to measure ?

Thanks for reply. Instrument is working fine for other molecules. We are primarily using ESI positive and negative mode. We have not seen any adducts during tuning molecules.

Try increasing the sample concentration, and injection volume/split ratio depending on use of HRMS or GC-MS/MS. Clean the source and fine tune the MS before use.
