Do active substances like inosine (as part of inosine acedoben dimepranol) form nitrosamine in DP?
The structure is too complex to assess it at a first sight. There are chances to form multiple products, maybe along with some N-nitroso derivative. It would require experimental testing by standardized NAP tests and identification of the products. If you cannot do the work at your facilities, an idea would be to request an assessment from a trusted nitrosamine standard supplier.
