Overlapping gene/mutation patterns between changes induced in p53 and RAS oncogenes by some nitrosamines with those induced within photocarcinogenesis: a good start to unravel the puzzle?

the overlap of the mutagenic specimens - here I mean the target genes such as PAC and p53 / in skin cancer patients (melanoma and epithelial skin tumors) with some of the mutant genes (again PAC and p53) affected in the framework of photocarcinogenesis or solar irradiation: is this not one of the serious indirect first-time evidence that proves the photocarcinogenic and mutagenic action of nitrosamines themselves?

Should the other , nitrosamines found in drugs be tested for photo genotoxicity from now on?
Is the photo genotoxicity dose cumulative?
