I am looking for people who have already dealt with peptide systhesis using e.g. Fmoc deprotection and coupling synthesis steps using DIPCDI,HOBt/DMF. Was there any evidence of nitrosamine formation found?

The IQ group are running a sub team to assess the risks of nitrosamines in peptides and they are planning a publication, they sent a survey to major pharma to collect answers
