I searched nitrosamines with β-carbon bonded to silyl protected hydroxyl group in LCDB. Then I could not find those compounds.
And I am sorry I could not find the description of the effect or mechanism of β-carbon with the hydroxyl group. @David can explain it, I suppose. The following is his presentation slide.
