Question about N-NITROSO DESMETHYLCITALOPRAM

Hello Nitrosamines Community. I was wondering if anyone has developed an LC/MS method for determining N-NITROSO DESMETHYLCITALOPRAM in Citalopram. We are having such huge problems with extraction due to matrix effect.
Can anyone shed any light on this matter?

Hola @ARTHUR thank for sharing… it will help identify who could help with your inquiry if to share details of what you have tried and hasn’t work for your sample matrix. Stay tune!

Dear,
Try this methods

MP-A:10Mm ammonium format + 0.1% ammonia solution. Ph 6.00 with dilute formic acid

MP-B:0.1% formic acid in methanol.

Diluent: MP-A:Methanol (1:1)

Column: zorbax eclipse plus phenyl hexyl
(150×2.1)mm, 1.8 micron

Standard process: 0.0621 ppm(w.r.t)

Samples process: eq. to 200 mg Samples in 10 ml with Diluent.

Mass parameters:

ESI Positive
340.1 - 262.8
340.1 - 137.9

Dear Mitul, Thanks for your advice!
We have tried a mobile phase with ammonium acetate and it seems to work.
We had a matrix effect with one of our excipients and by decreasing the sample concentration we mitigate this effect.
I really appreciate your advice!
