Hello everyone,

Its regarding method development for Trientine NDSRI by LCMS/MS. Encountering several technical challenges during MD, particularly with Sensitivity, peak resolution and matrix interferences.

Has anyone here developed or worked on a similar methodology? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share.

We don’t have the methods but we can help you if you can share about the trials you have taken. However below point might be helpful see the structure of this NDSRI:

  1. Use PFP C18 columns or poroshell C18 for better selectivity.
  2. Try to prepare the sample by vortex, avoid sonication as far as possible.
  3. Clean the source to remove the avoidable and unwanted interferences
